This policy explains refunds on the DigiGold916 platform.
All digital gold purchases are final once successfully processed.
Orders cannot be cancelled once gold has been allocated to the user.
If payment is deducted but the gold purchase fails, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Duplicate payments will be refunded after verification.
Refunds may take 5–10 working days depending on the payment gateway.
Gold prices are market-linked and may fluctuate. DigiGold916 is not responsible for price changes.
